De ése avance salieron dos prototipos/estéticas/subculturas (llamarles tribus urbanas queda algo extraño, pero podrían serlo perfectamente) muy ligados entre sí: las flappers y las garçonnes. Hoy nos centraremos en las garçonnes.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #999999;">In the Twenties, a new prototype of women started: a women who can vote and fight for her rights and freedom.  Of this advance came two prototypes/aesthetics/subcultures (call it urban tribes looks like very strange but it can be perfectly) who are very closed together: flappers and garçonnes. Today will focus with garçonnes.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">En ésa época los cánones estéticos de la mujer eran melena, corsé y/o vestidos. Las mujeres con el pelo corto eran consideradas lesbianas y por lo consecuente (en ésa época había mucha homofobia) apartadas de la sociedad. Pero entonces, irrumpió Coco Chanel, la diseñadora más importante de la historia. Ella misma ya era un nuevo concepto de mujer: emancipada, libre y fumadora; mientras proponía el pantalón (prenda exclusivamente masculina hasta la fecha) como otra opción a la falda clásica.  </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">At that time the aesthetic of women were long hair, corset and dresses. The women who cut her hair shorly were seen as lesbians and as consequent away from society (because in these times homofobia was very common). But then, the most important designer appeared, Coco Chanel. She was already a new concept of woman: emancipated, free and somker while proposing the trousers (before was a exclusive male's clothing).</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Y la fiebre se desató en París: mujeres con el pelo corto, independientes, con carácter, reivindicaban la igualdad de sexos e incluso algunas anunciaban su homosexualidad o bisexualidad. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="color: #999999; text-align: justify;">And the fever irrumpts in París: women with short hair, indendependents, with character, claiming gender equality and a few announced theirs bisexuality or homosexuality.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Las llamaron garçonne por su look. Garçon significa chico en francés y el -ne es la forma de hacer el femenino, creando una palabra totalmente nueva.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">They called garçonnes for their look.  Garçon means boy in french and -ne is the way to be feminin. It was a new word.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">La estética intentaba ser lo más andrógina posible. Se tapaban las partes/siluetas femeninas como los pechos. Y el pelo era realmente corto.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">The aesthetic was trying to be the more androgyn as posible. They hide the parts/female silhouettes and their hair was very short. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Aparece el traje-falda, el blazer (introduido por Chanel en 1926), o directamente vestían como hombres: traje o esmoquin, corbata o pajarita, sombrero, bastón y monóculo. Otro complemento ideal era el cigarro. El maquillaje pero, estaba presente, como los labios rojos o las cejas delineadas.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="color: #cccccc; text-align: justify;">Skirt suits appeared, the blazer (introduced by Chanel in 1926) or they can be dressed like man: suits, tie or bow tie, hats, elegant canes and monocles. Another complement was the cigarrette. The make-up was present like red lips or eyebows delineated. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"> Aunque en un principio esto era un escándalo público (Marlene Dietrich se vistió de garçonne y un policía le amenazó con llevarla a comisaría) al final acabó como una moda. Y como moda de masas, terminó desapareciendo, dejándonos su legado</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #999999;">Althrough at first this was a public scandal (Marlene Dietrich wore garçonne style and a police threathed to take her at comisary) finaly this style finished as a trend.
